Dear Disaster Preparedness Committee Member,

Please be advised that the next face to face meeting of the Disaster Preparedness Committee is scheduled for 10:00 am – 11.00 am, on Monday 28th January 2008 at the Torarica Hotel, Paramaribo, Suriname.  As usual this meeting coincides with our 23rd Annual General Meeting. The Connect the Caribbean initiative and the 2nd Effective Continuity Planning- Certified Training Programme will also be held during this week of activities. Please note that you and your colleagues are also invited to participate in the Connect the Caribbean Initiative and Effective Continuity Training Programme.
