I am pleased to invite you to contribute article(s) for publication in our 1st Quarter Cancion Magazine 2010.

The Caribbean Association of National Telecommunication Organizations (CANTO) www.canto.org is a non-profit association of telephone operating companies in the Caribbean and Latin American Region.  One of our publications, the Cancion Magazine, a Quarterly Technical Journal enjoys an excellent audience with the following objectives:

1. To inform CANTO’s membership of telecommunications, technological and policy developments taking place regionally and internationally.

2. To inform Caribbean policy-makers of regulatory developments and technological advances as they affect the region.

3. To provide CANTO with a literary voice to reach others in the region and internationally, with news, information and analyses of telecommunication developments in or affecting the Caribbean.

Your contribution may deal with topics related to technology, regulations, policy directions, operating practices, and human resource development and telecommunication management issues.

Your article in Microsoft word format should be no more than 1200 words in length.  Photographs should be provided in .gif or .jpeg format and forwarded to the CANTO Secretariat for the attention of Ms. Gail Edwards at gedwards@canto.org Ms. Carmen Ramlal at cramlal@canto.org or Ms. Tricia Balthazar at tbalthazar@canto.org before 30^th  January, 2010.
