CANTO is pleased to invite exhibitors to join us at our 35th Annual General Meeting at the Guyana Marriott Hotel, Guyana and co-hosted by the Guyana Telephone & Telegraph Company (GTT). You will have an opportunity to showcase your products, conduct meetings and even present to our operators in an informal and intimate setting. Our AGM brings together more than 80 percent of the operators in the region for three days to examine the year’s activities and plan for the future of the organization and it’s a great opportunity for suppliers and business partners to interact with the many Operators attending the event. More importantly, we will be building on our annual theme “Transitioning to a Digital Region – Opportunities & Challenges”.
Exhibits will be located inside of the meeting room with excellent access to meeting participants. There is time in the program each day for participants to visit the exhibits, with all refreshment breaks in the exhibit area to encourage operators to meet with you to discuss your products and services.
Exhibit space cost $2,000.00 and features the following:
• Skirted 6′ table, chair and an electrical outlet (approximately 10′ floor space)
• Complimentary conference registration for exhibitors
• Company name, address and web address published via our web site and conference materials
• Daily refreshments are also offered to promote steady traffic to your booth
Continuing the success of last year’s AGM, we again offer the opportunity for our suppliers to help support the AGM while increasing your exposure to the participants via our sponsorship opportunities which gives you direct access to the decision makers in the Caribbean Telecoms industry.
