CANTO 30TH AGM & MINI EXPO

 CALL FOR EXHIBITORS & SPONSORS

 CANTO is pleased to invite exhibitors to join us at our 30th Annual General Meeting where you will have an opportunity to showcase your products, conduct meetings and even present to our operators in an informal and intimate setting. Our AGM brings together more than 80 percent of the operators in the region for three days to examine the year’s activities and plan for the future of the organization and we are now opening this event to our suppliers and business partners. More importantly, we will be building on our annual theme “Strategic Alliances for Sustainable Broadband Infrastructure Development”.

Exhibits will be located just outside of the meeting room with excellent access to meeting participants. There is time in the program each day for participants to visit the exhibits, with all refreshment breaks in the exhibit area to encourage operato brs to meet with you to discuss your products and services.

Exhibit space cost $2,000.00 and features the following:

  • Skirted 6′ table, chair and an electrical outlet (approximately 10′ floor space)
  • Complimentary Conference Registration for exhibitors
  • Company name, address and web address published via our web site and conference materials
  • Daily refreshments are also offered to promote steady traffic to your booth

Continuing the success of last year’s AGM, we again offer the opportunity for our suppliers to help support the AGM while increasing your exposure to the participants via our sponsorship opportunities which gives you direct access to the decision makers in the Caribbean Telecoms industry.

We strongly encourage you to partner with us at the AGM 2014!  The 1st exhibitor who commits to exhibit will be allocated a speaking slot on the Agenda.
