CANTO Launches Revolutionary eMarket Platform for Telecommunications and ICT Industry
Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago – CANTO, the premier trade association for the telecommunications and ICT industry in the Western Hemisphere, is proud to announce the launch of its revolutionary eMarket platform. The eMarket is a cloud-based procurement platform designed to improve the speed and efficiency of procurement processes for telecommunications operators and ICT providers across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
The eMarket offers registered users access to a global network of vendors, suppliers, and other telecommunications operators, ICT players, and buyers. The platform was developed by the Vendors and Suppliers Working Committee of CANTO’s Board of Directors and is designed to increase opportunities for firms to showcase their offerings to a worldwide audience, while creating a more competitive environment for suppliers.
The eMarket platform streamlines the procurement process, whether for small or large projects, and allows firms to automate some of the manual tasks associated with procurement. The platform also provides reports and analytics to aid in decision-making and performance tracking. Features such as Vendor Performance Management, Real-time Project Management, a Payment Gateway, and a Document Management system are available to users.
“The eMarket platform is a game-changer for the telecommunications and ICT industry,” said CANTO Secretary General, Mrs. Teresa Wankin “It will revolutionize the way the industry does business, and we are excited to see the positive impact it will have on the growth and development of the sector in the region.”
CANTO’s eMarket will be soon open for registration. To learn more and register to use the platform, please contact CANTO’s eMarket Liaison, Mrs. Andrea Lewis-Francis, at alewis@canto.org
